Since 1991, Bernie DeForest has been a licensed abstracter and title agent. After working under Western Nebraska Escrow & Title, she decided to open Premier Abstract & Title, Inc. in 2007 with a mission to provide her community with expert title knowledge for all of their real estate transactions.

In 2011, Karla Eddie joined the Premier Abstract & Title team. Karla has been a licensed title agent since 1999, and worked under Thalken Title Company until she joined the Premier team. Together, Bernie and Karla focus on the needs of their clients, using their knowledge and expertise to get the fast results their clients deserve.
